*New Delhi* – In a series of significant announcements, the Central Cabinet on Thursday approved key decisions aimed at improving healthcare for the elderly and enhancing India’s hydroelectric power capacity.One of the major decisions is the extension of medical coverage for senior citizens aged 70 and above under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. The move is expected to benefit over 6 crore senior citizens across 4.5 crore families.
