*August 22, 2024*In a sharp critique of the ruling party, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has condemned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), calling it a “threat to the country.” Speaking at a protest, Revanth accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of evading questions regarding the Adani scam during a recent Legislative Assembly session.Revanth has called for the resignation of the chairperson of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and demanded her removal by the central government if she does not step down voluntarily. He also urged the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to investigate the alleged scandal thoroughly.Despite his high-ranking position, Revanth emphasized his commitment to the cause, stating, “No matter how great the position is, if the party calls you, you have to obey.” His participation in the protest, he said, was driven by his dedication to addressing what he views as a critical issue impacting the nation’s integrity.Revanth reddy questioned why BRS leaders, including Chief Minister K.
