Minister Ponnam Prabhakar Urges Caution During Heavy Rains, Emphasizes Government’s Commitment to Disaster Relief

**Hyderabad, September 4, 2024** — Minister of Transport and BC Welfare, Ponnam Prabhakar, has called for heightened caution among citizens during the ongoing heavy rains and potential disaster situations. Speaking on behalf of the Telangana government, the minister emphasized the importance of taking necessary precautions to minimize risks associated with natural calamities.In a public appeal, Minister Prabhakar urged people to follow the government’s guidelines and take preventive measures during heavy rains. “We all have to take precautions when dealing with nature. He also called on the public to support the government’s initiatives and participate in relief programs.Prabhakar further noted that orders have been issued to all state authorities to be prepared for disaster management and to remain accessible to the public. “All officials should be local and accessible to the public.
