**Hyderabad, August 30, 2024** — Ms. Rosie Glazebrook, Chief Executive of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC), met with Chief Minister Sri Revanth Anumula at the Secretariat today. The meeting underscored the CWEIC’s commitment to enhancing trade and investment across the 56 Commonwealth countries, with a particular emphasis on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups.During the discussion, Ms. Glazebrook provided an overview of the Council’s initiatives and its strategic focus on helping businesses scale and grow within the Commonwealth network. She expressed the CWEIC’s keen interest in establishing a strategic partnership with Telangana to further these goals.Chief Minister Anumula reciprocated by sharing his vision for Telangana’s growth, highlighting key government programs such as the Rejuvenation and Redevelopment of Rivers (RRR), the FutureCity initiative, and the Musi River Development project. The Chief Minister emphasized how these flagship programs align with the state’s broader development objectives and expressed enthusiasm for potential collaborations with the CWEIC.
