Heavy Rains Affect Karimnagar: Deputy Mayor Takes Action

Karimnagar, [Date] — Deputy Mayor Challa Swarupa Rani Harishankar conducted an urgent inspection of low-lying areas in various divisions today, following heavy rains that have been battering the city since last night. The intense downpour has led to significant water accumulation in the gullies of 44 Division, Sharma Nagar, causing severe inconvenience to residents.Local corporator Mendi Srilata Chandrasekhar, alongside the residents, reported that the CRS drainage system in the area has collapsed, resulting in rainwater flooding into homes.
