*New Delhi, September 20:* Nizamabad MP Arvind met with Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in a courtesy meeting held at the Minister’s office in Delhi. During the meeting, MP Arvind raised several pending railway issues related to his constituency and urged the Railway Minister to expedite key projects.One of the main demands was to speed up the construction of Road Over Bridges (ROB) currently underway within the parliamentary constituency. MP Arvind also requested the Minister to approve new ROBs and Road Under Bridges (RUBs) at essential locations to enhance infrastructure and improve connectivity.A key highlight of the meeting was the Kazipet-Dadar train, which MP Arvind urged the Minister to commence as soon as possible, with a request to increase its frequency from once a week to thrice a week. In response, Minister Vaishnaw assured that the Kazipet-Dadar train would start operating within a few days, with efforts underway to expand the service soon.In addition to these requests, MP Arvind sought approval for a new train service to the national capital, Delhi, via Nizamabad, as well as new train routes to Tirupati and Mumbai through the parliamentary region. He also highlighted the long-pending Armor-Adilabad and Bodhan-Bidar railway line projects, urging the Minister to expedite their sanction, which had been delayed due to previous state governments.The MP also briefed the Minister on the development of the Nizamabad Railway Station under the Amrit Bharat scheme, with a budget of ₹53 crores. He emphasized the importance of this project in modernizing the station and improving services for passengers.In a media statement released after the meeting, MP Arvind expressed satisfaction with the positive response from the Railway Minister. He noted that Minister Vaishnaw had instructed the concerned authorities to take swift action on the issues raised, ensuring timely progress on the proposed projects.
