A Hyderabad resident has made an urgent appeal to the Hyderabad Traffic Police, requesting the immediate removal of the traffic restriction preventing vehicles from entering the Begumpet flyover from the Patny U-turn.
According to the complaint, the blockade has significantly worsened congestion at the junction, making it difficult for motorists to maintain the correct lane. The situation is reportedly further complicated by RTC buses turning towards Bowenpally, resulting in unsafe lane changes and increased bottlenecks.
The complaint also alleges that a traffic constable stationed near the flyover was using a personal mobile phone instead of actively managing traffic, raising concerns over duty performance and adherence to guidelines.
The resident has urged the Hyderabad Traffic Police to restore free movement onto the flyover, stating that doing so would substantially reduce traffic congestion in the area.
