Hyderabad, August 21, 2024 – The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has announced a major protest tomorrow at 10 AM, in response to a call from the All India Congress Committee (AICC). The protest, set to begin at Gun Park in front of the Assembly, will proceed to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office, where demonstrators will stage a dharna.Key figures expected to participate include Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, AICC Incharge Deepa Das Munshi, and other senior Congress leaders such as ministers, MPs, MLCs, and MLAs.The protest aims to demand a comprehensive investigation into the alleged Adani mega scam. Protestors are calling for the formation of a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) to probe allegations of irregularities involving the SEBI Chairman and seek his resignation. They are also advocating for legal action against any individuals found guilty.The march from Gun Park to the ED office is expected to draw significant attention and could impact local traffic in the area.
