Hyderabad, August 27, 2024 – In a recent update on infrastructure development in Hyderabad, K. T. Rama Rao (KTR), the former minister, emphasized the progress made under the previous government’s initiatives. Speaking on ‘X’, KTR highlighted the Strategic Road Development Plan (SRDP) project, which was introduced during his tenure.KTR noted that under the leadership of Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), a total of 42 infrastructure projects were initiated, with 36 of these successfully completed. He indicated that the remaining projects are expected to be finalized by 2024.However, KTR expressed concern about the current status of these projects following the transition of power to the Congress government. He pointed out that while the Congress government has continued the work, challenges remain in ensuring that the projects are completed as scheduled.KTR’s remarks underscore the ongoing efforts to enhance Hyderabad’s infrastructure and the importance of maintaining momentum in the face of political changes. The completion of these projects is crucial for the city’s growth and development.
