Bajrang Dal Members Threaten Muslim Students at Wanaparthy School; No Action Taken

On August 23rd, members of the Bajrang Dal reportedly entered Chanakya High School in Wanaparthy, where they threatened and physically assaulted Muslim girls who were offering Namaz with the school’s permission. The attackers also issued warnings to the school authorities.Despite the severity of the incident, no FIR has been filed, and no arrests have been made in the three days since the attack. The lack of action has drawn criticism and concern, with many arguing that the delay in addressing the situation has exacerbated fears among students and parents. In light of these developments, there are calls for immediate intervention. Requests have been made to @revanth_anumula to urge @sp_wanaparthy to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure that those responsible, particularly members of the Bajrang Dal, are held accountable. The situation has not only impacted the Muslim community but has also raised broader concerns about safety and justice in the region. Officials including @TelanganaCMO, @TelanganaPolice, @TelanganaCS, @Collector_WNP, and @TelanganaDGP are being urged to address the issue promptly to restore security and confidence in the affected community.
