*Hyderabad, August 22* — BRS MLC Kavitha, who has been detained in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case, has fallen ill once again. Today, she experienced health issues while in Tihar Jail, leading to her transfer to AIIMS in the national capital for medical evaluation.Doctors at AIIMS diagnosed Kavitha with viral fever and gynecological problems. This marks the second time she has required medical attention during her incarceration; she was previously admitted to Deen Dayal Hospital in Hari Nagar, West Delhi, on July 16 for similar issues.Kavitha has been in Tihar Jail for over five months. The Supreme Court recently adjourned her bail hearing to August 27, instructing the Enforcement Directorate to file a counter to her bail petition. Kavitha’s legal team has been directed to submit a rejoinder by August 23.
