*Hyderabad, September 7, 2024* — In a significant reshuffle of senior police officers, the Government of Telangana has reinstated Sri C.V. Anand, IPS (1991) as the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. The move follows the transfer of Sri Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy, IPS (1994), who has been reassigned as Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement, and Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to the Government, General Administration (V&E) Department.The official orders, issued through G.O.Rt. No. 1193 by the General Administration (Special-B) Department, outline the following changes:1. **Sri C.V. Anand**, who previously served as Director General of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hyderabad, has been transferred and appointed as Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, replacing **Sri Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy**.2. **Sri Kothakota Sreenivasa Reddy**, on transfer, is appointed as Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement, and Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to the Government.3. **Sri Vijay Kumar**, IPS (1997), previously Additional Director General of Police (Personnel), has been transferred and posted as Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Telangana, Hyderabad, succeeding C.V. Anand.4. **Sri Mahesh M. Bhagwat**, IPS (1995), Additional Director General of Police (Law & Order), Telangana, has been assigned full additional charge of the post of Additional Director General of Police (Personnel & Welfare), Telangana, until further orders.5. **Sri M.
