IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi Campus Inaugurated, Welcomes First Batch of Students

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has officially opened its new campus in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant milestone in international academic collaboration. The inauguration ceremony was led by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, who officially declared the campus open.The new campus is set to provide world-class education and research opportunities, extending IIT Delhi’s prestigious academic programs to students in the UAE and the broader Middle East region. The first batch of students has already been welcomed, embarking on their journey at one of India’s premier engineering institutions.Speaking at the event, Sheikh Khaled highlighted the importance of such educational collaborations in strengthening ties between India and the UAE and promoting knowledge exchange and innovation.The IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi campus aims to offer programs in engineering, sciences, and technology, focusing on fostering innovation and research to address global challenges.
