The actress filed a complaint accusing Harsha Sai of drugging, raping, filming her, and blackmailing her in connection with the copyrights of the movie *Mega*. The Narsingh Police have registered a case against Harsha Sai under sections 376 (rape), 354 (assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty), and 328 (causing hurt by poison). Additionally, a case has been lodged against his father, Radhakrishna, for his alleged involvement.The police have already conducted medical examinations on the victim as part of the ongoing investigation. Meanwhile, Harsha Sai has responded to the allegations via social media, claiming that the accusations are motivated by financial gain. He stated that his legal team is handling the situation.Despite these claims, Harsha Sai is currently absconding, and the police have intensified their efforts to locate him. Reports suggest that he may be hiding in Mumbai, and multiple teams have been dispatched to track him down.
