Telangana Government Employees Donate One-Day Salary for Flood Relief, Contribute Rs. 130 Crore to CM’s Relief Fund

**Mahabubabad, September 3, 2024:** In a remarkable show of solidarity, all Telangana government employees have pledged their one-day basic salary to support families affected by the recent heavy rains and floods. The collective effort has raised a significant sum of Rs. 130 crore, which will be contributed to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.Leaders of the Telangana Government Employees’ Joint Action Committee (JAC) met with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Mahabubabad to hand over a signed agreement formalizing the donation. This initiative underscores the commitment and humanitarian spirit of the government employees in standing by the people during times of crisis.Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed his appreciation for this noble gesture, stating, “The decision by Telangana government employees to donate their one-day salary for the flood victims is a testament to their compassion and sense of duty. I congratulate them wholeheartedly.
