Telangana Government Reshuffles IAS Officers, Assigns Additional Responsibilities

*Hyderabad, September 1, 2024* — The Telangana government has announced a series of administrative changes affecting several IAS officers. The recent reshuffle includes both transfers and the assignment of additional responsibilities to key officials.Ayesha Masrat Khan, previously the Secretary of the Minority Gurukul Society, has been transferred and is now directed to report to the General Administration Department (GAD). Tafseer Iqbal has been given additional responsibilities to manage her former duties.The following officers have been assigned new or additional roles:- **K. Surendra Mohan**: Now also serves as Director of the Department of Mines.- **Sheikh Yasmin Basha**: Appointed as the Director of Minority Welfare in addition to current responsibilities.- **T. Vinay Krishna Reddy**: Assigned additional duties as the Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Commissioner.- **Nirmala Kanti Wesley**: Takes on extra responsibilities as Managing Director of the Minority Financial Institution.- **G. Malsur**: Appointed as Managing Director of the State Mineral Development Corporation with added duties.- **Mohammad Asadullah**: Newly appointed as the CEO of the Waqf Board.- **P.
