‘UP Has Never Seen Such a Corrupt Government’: Akhilesh Yadav Targets BJP

Lucknow: Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has launched a fresh attack on the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh.

Yadav alleged that corruption has reached every level of governance in the state.

“Uttar Pradesh has never seen such a corrupt government as the present dispensation,” he said.

His remarks came during a broader criticism of the Yogi Adityanath-led government. Yadav accused the administration of corruption, poor governance and mismanagement of public resources.

The SP chief also claimed that honest government officials were finding it difficult to work. He said some officers were even leaving service before retirement due to the alleged environment of corruption.

Yadav has repeatedly raised corruption allegations against the BJP government in recent months. He has also demanded investigations into alleged irregularities in several infrastructure projects.
