Raju had traveled to Hyderabad to help admit his second wife, Vanitha, for treatment on medical advice from Nizamabad Government Hospital doctors. She was suffering from pregnancy-related complications due to low blood levels. While she was admitted, Raju waited outside in the hospital premises.
