Vikarabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to accelerate construction works at the Education Hub in Hakeempet, Vikarabad district, stating that he will personally review the progress every month.
During his visit, the Chief Minister inspected the construction of Engineering, Medical, Nursing, Veterinary, Physiotherapy and Paramedical colleges, along with hostel facilities and the overall development plan for the Education Hub. He issued several instructions to ensure timely completion of the projects.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the slow pace of construction, Revanth Reddy warned officials that delays would not be tolerated. He instructed departments to submit monthly progress reports for every project and announced that he would personally inspect the site every month, even staying there for a day if required to monitor the works.
The Chief Minister also cautioned that officials showing negligence or failing to perform their duties could face suspension.
He further expressed concern over the delay in allotting plots to farmers who had surrendered land for the project and directed officials to distribute plot ownership documents to beneficiaries by next week. Later, he chaired a review meeting with senior officials to assess the progress of the Education Hub.
