Army Hospital Hosts Breast Cancer Awareness Program

**Delhi** – On October 26, 2024, the Army Hospital (Research and Referral) organized a comprehensive Breast Cancer Awareness program aimed at educating attendees on the importance of early detection and support. The event featured expert speakers who shared valuable insights, as well as inspiring stories from survivors, emphasizing the critical role awareness plays in combating the disease. Attendees included station ladies and prominent dignitaries from the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), such as Chairperson of the PRERNA patient support group, Saswati Aich, General Secretary of AWWA, Seema Viresh Singh, and Dr. Navneet Nath, Chairperson of the Patient Welfare Committee at AHRR.The program highlighted the Army’s commitment to health awareness and community support, encouraging proactive measures in breast cancer detection and treatment.
