*Adilabad, September 29, 2024*: District Collector Rajarshisha has directed officials to prioritize the swift completion of all pending projects funded by the 15th Finance Commission. In a meeting held at the Adilabad Collectorate with MPDOs, officials from the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department, and the Medical Health Department, the Collector emphasized the importance of expediting the ongoing works in various sectors.Collector Rajarshisha called for special care to ensure that the projects under the Zilla Parishad (ZP), Mandal Parishad, and the Health Department are completed promptly, particularly those which have already received funds. She stressed that the delay in executing these projects could hinder local development and public welfare initiatives, urging the officials to take immediate action.The meeting aimed at reviewing the status of ongoing works and devising a plan for their swift execution. The Collector instructed the officers to monitor the progress regularly and ensure that no further delays occur. Coordination between departments and timely utilization of funds were highlighted as critical factors for the successful completion of these projects.Collector Rajarshisha also reiterated the need for accountability in the management of resources and asked the officials to submit progress reports on a regular basis.
