A group of homebuyers has lodged a fresh grievance against Galla Ramachandra Rao, husband of TDP MLA Galla Madhavi and head of Bhramara Real Estate, alleging they were cheated in a plot venture at Vinukonda.
According to the complainants, they were persuaded to purchase plots based on promises made by the developer. However, after the purchase, the promised commitments were allegedly not fulfilled, and the layout still lacks basic infrastructure such as drainage, drinking water, and electricity.
The victims said they had already submitted complaints to the Vinukonda MLA and MP Lavu Sri Krishna Devarayalu, but claim no action has been taken so far. They have now approached the District Collector through the grievance mechanism, demanding immediate justice
The complainants warned that if their issues remain unresolved, they will launch a large-scale protes
