Hyderabad: IT Employee Arrested for Allegedly Selling MDMA Near Inorbit Mall
Madhapur police have arrested a 23-year-old IT employee, Sheikh Amnahmad, for allegedly selling MDMA near Inorbit Mall in Hyderabad.
According to police, the accused was allegedly involved in the illegal sale of the synthetic drug. During the operation, officers seized 7 grams of MDMA valued at approximately ₹1 lakh, along with a mobile phone.
Police said three other suspects allegedly linked to the drug network are currently absconding. Efforts are underway to trace and apprehend them.
A case has been registered under relevant provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, and further investigation is underway.
