*Hyderabad, August 3:* In a significant move aimed at enhancing physical fitness and sports culture among students, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka announced plans to introduce a mandatory hour-long sports period in government schools across Telangana. This initiative, set to be implemented by the education department, marks a proactive step towards promoting holistic development among young learners.Addressing concerns raised in the Legislative Council, Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka emphasized the importance of prioritizing sports alongside academic pursuits.
