Telangana to Implement Revised Land Prices from November

*Hyderabad, September 27, 2024* — The revised market value of land in Telangana is set to take effect from November, according to the Stamps and Registrations Department. The department has nearly completed the process of revising land prices after conducting a thorough study of open market rates across the state.The report detailing the revised values will soon be submitted to Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy for approval. Once reviewed, the government is expected to implement the new market rates.Despite the revision process, sources indicate that the current land prices in the state are likely to remain largely unchanged.
