**Secunderabad, September 21, 2024**: In a tragic discovery, a body of an unknown male, aged approximately 40-45 years, was found inside the premises of Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad. The incident came to light when Sri. P. Narasimha, a Security Supervisor at the hospital, discovered the body on September 16, 2024, at around 10:00 PM while conducting his rounds.The deceased, appearing to be a homeless individual, was found lying in the waiting hall of the Outpatient Department. The body was dressed in a black pant and a blue shirt, with no identification or clues regarding his identity found among his belongings. There were no visible external injuries on the body.Sri. P. Narasimha immediately reported the discovery to the outpost police, and the body was subsequently shifted to the hospital’s mortuary. Currently, the body is being preserved in Box No. 62 at the hospital morgue.A case has been registered at the local police station under Cr. No. 544/2024, U/s 194 BNSS. Further investigations are being conducted by Sri. Y. Nagaraju, HC-7359. Authorities are appealing to the public for any information regarding the deceased’s identity.
