𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗸 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗶𝗻-𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀.

𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗸 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗶𝗻-𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀.In a double murder case registered at Mirchowk Police Station, the accused Adil Khan (35), S/o Iqbal Khan, Occ: Fabrication Work, was apprehended. The arrest was made by the Mirchowk Police team under the guidance of senior officers of the Charminar Zone.According to the case details, the incident occurred on 20-04-2026 at 6:00 PM at Sulthanpura. The deceased, Aqueel Khan (30), a driver, and his wife Ajmeera Begum (26), were at their residence when Adil Khan, the elder brother of Aqueel Khan, arrived armed with a knife. He attacked both victims, inflicting fatal injuries to their neck and chest, leading to their death on the spot. The accused fled the scene immediately after committing the crime.During the course of investigation, the police apprehended the accused and seized key evidence, including his mobile phone, blood-stained clothes, and the knife used in the offence, which was recovered from the crime scene.Preliminary investigation indicates that the motive behind the crime was a longstanding personal grudge. The accused reportedly harbored jealousy over the couple having children while he remained childless, along with disputes related to child adoption and financial disagreements involving hand loans. The case has been registered and further investigation is in progress.
