Hyderabad Police Recover 1.028 Kg Stolen Gold; Two Siblings Arrested

The Commissioner’s Task Force (Jubilee Hills Zone Team), in coordination with Banjara Hills Police, arrested two siblings involved in a house-breaking case and recovered 1.028 kg of stolen gold ornaments intact.

According to police, the accused allegedly misused their employment at a jewellery export company to steal gold ornaments from the office locker. They reportedly switched off the power supply, broke a bathroom grill to gain entry, and later concealed the stolen valuables.

Acting on CCTV footage, technical evidence, and sustained investigation, the police apprehended both accused at Mangalhat, Hyderabad, and recovered the entire stolen property, including seven gold necklaces and seven pairs of gold earrings, weighing 1 kg 28.59 grams.

The operation was supervised by Sri G. Vaibhav Raghunath, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
