The Samajwadi Party has strongly criticized the Rampur Development Authority’s (RDA) order to demolish 38 out of 40 buildings at Mohammad Ali Jauhar University in Rampur, calling the decision “unfair” and politically motivated.The party argued that the university’s structures were built under regulations that existed at the time and alleged that the government is using legal provisions as a political tool. SP leaders said they will challenge the demolition order in court, stating that the future of thousands of students must be protected.The matter is expected to be decided through the legal process as the dispute over the university’s buildings continues.
