According to Mancherial ACP *Prakash, the incident dates back to **November 18, 2020, when the accused, Narasayya, allegedly misbehaved with *Bhanoth Sujatha, a woman from Naspur’s Nagarjuna Colony, while she was receiving a gas cylinder delivery.
Following the complaint, a case was registered under the *Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. After a thorough trial, Judge *Kumar Vivek found Narasayya guilty of the charges and delivered the verdict on Tuesday.
