*Hyderabad, September 23, 2024* – In a move aimed at streamlining welfare services and improving access to healthcare, the Telangana government announced plans to introduce Family Digital Cards for every household in the state. The initiative, which was reviewed by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in a meeting with Health and Civil Supplies officials, is designed to consolidate various government services such as ration distribution, healthcare, and other welfare schemes into a single, easily accessible card.The Chief Minister emphasized that the Family Digital Card should not only contain a comprehensive health profile of each family member but also be capable of supporting future medical services. “This card should be a single solution for accessing health and welfare schemes across the state.
