Border Crime Coordination Meeting Strengthens Inter-State and Inter-District Policing

Hyderabad, July 20: A Border Crime Coordination Meeting was held under the leadership of the Cyberabad Police at Golconda Resort to enhance coordination among law enforcement agencies in border regions and strengthen efforts to curb cross-border crimes.

Senior police officers from the Hyderabad, Future City, Sangareddy, Medak and other neighbouring commissionerates and district police units participated in the meeting. Discussions focused on improving intelligence sharing, joint operations, information exchange, and coordinated strategies to prevent crimes that span multiple jurisdictions.

Officials emphasized that close coordination between border police units is essential for tackling organized crime, vehicle theft, drug trafficking, cybercrime, and other inter-district criminal activities, while ensuring quicker response and more effective policing.
